If you're producing an On Demand event, you are probably in a scenario where you have no internet connection or you are recording for the purpose of uploading the video later. Either way, you do not need to launch Producer through Console.
To open Producer, click on the "PlayON! Producer" shortcut on the desktop or navigate to the app within the Start menu.
If you are using StarTech, click continue and receive an full window error message, make sure you have a stable video input running into the video capture device. After ensuring the connection, relaunch Producer and try to launch the production again. If you continue to have issues, contact support.
