When producing an On Demand Event, you will mostly likely not have a stable internet connection, so launching producer through Console is unavailable. To open Producer, click on the "PlayON! Producer" icon on the desktop or navigate to the app within the Start menu.
After launching Producer, follow the same steps as you would for Producing a Live Event.
Continue for a walkthrough During the Production
If you are using StarTech, click continue and receive an full window error message, make sure you have a stable video input running into the video capture device. After ensuring the connection, relaunch Producer and try to launch the production again. If you continue to have issues, contact support.
