Crew Sign Up

Creating a crew sign-up sheet will help you stay organized so you can contact your crew and be ready to broadcast.

 

First decide on what elements you want to include to in your broadcast.

  • How many cameras?
  • Do you want commentators and if so how many?
  • Do you need graphics to support your broadcast?

Keep the broadcast simple before trying to add more complex elements.

 

Here’s an example.

If you know you’ll be broadcasting many events in a short amount of time, create a spreadsheet to keep track of all your events and crew members to stay organized.
