Firewall Information

Network Configuration to Stream with a PIXELLOT

If you have a Pixellot, you must:

Whitelist all outbound HTTP/S traffic to pixellot.tv.

No inbound firewall rules are required. No services will ever connect directly to the host. However, to publish video and manage the server, we need these 8 ports open for outbound traffic to all IPs:

  • 80 (general Internet)
  • 443 (Pixellot backend and LogMeIn)
  • 1401(Sportzcast)
  • 1402 (Sportzcast)
  • 1403 (Sportzcast)
  • 1935 (Wowza)
  • 2088 UDP (Zixi)

Network Configuration to Stream MANUAL Productions

Open all TCP traffic on ports 80 and 443 for nfhsnetwork.com and all subdomains.

Open port 1935 outbound to ingest01.pri.poseast.fmspush.llnw.net and ingest01.pri.poswest.fmspush.llnw.net.

Network Configuration to Watch Video

Open all TCP traffic on ports 80 and 443 for nfhsnetwork.com and all subdomains.

Open all TCP traffic on ports 80 and 443 for w.sharethis.com.
